Today on the WGNS Action Line, WGNS’ Scott Walker talked to Rutherford County Commissioner Craig Harris from District 15. One of the key items discussed was the ongoing proposal of impact fees being charged on new developments in Rutherford County. However, Rutherford County is prohibited from putting such a tax in place. But, Rutherford County is not alone, because nearby Wilson and Williamson County are also barred from implementing impact fees.
