Wilson County man sentenced to 12 years for grave vandalism, burglary

WILSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WZTV) – A Wilson County man has been sentenced to serve 12 years in prison for offenses involving Lebanon Cemeteries. According to Wilson County District Attorney Jason Lawson, Justin Emler, 33, pleaded guilty to vandalism over $60,000 and desecration of a venerated object for overturning several gravestones in two adjoining cemeteries on July 16, 2022.
