The Relay for Life event at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) will occur on March 22, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Health, Wellness and Recreation Center. This event, in partnership with the American Cancer Society, is an important community gathering, says Lara Bodary, an MTSU staff member and cancer survivor.
Relay for Life is a nonprofit organization that funds cancer research and provides support for caregivers and patients. The event brings together survivors, supporters, and caregivers to raise money for cancer research. Attendees can participate in student-led activities and a relay.
