Townhomes, restaurants, retail part of new Elliott’s Reserve proposal in north Mt. Juliet

  • Elliott’s Reserve is a mixed-use plan for 64 “luxurious” townhomes and restaurant and retail space.
  • Initial townhome unit cost is projected to be nearly $600,000 to $800,000.

A “luxurious” mixed-use development that will include townhomes, restaurants and retail is being proposed for a fast-developing section of north Mt. Juliet.

Elliott Reserve is the name of the planned unit development proposed off the south side of Lebanon Road, just east of the Nichols Vale area and just west of Nonaville Road.

Summit Realty Group with Ben Forkum is listed the project developer, according to documents submitted to the city.

The proposal is for 64 townhomes that Forkum anticipates would range from nearly $600,000 to $800,000 per unit within a gated community. Units will start at about 2,000 square feet and include oversized two-car garages, first-floor master bedrooms, “a very high trim level,” and the option to install an elevator, Forkum said.

The approximate 22-acre site has a slope.

The townhomes will be built on the top portion of the property, which Forkum says has views of Mt. Juliet and “is a beautiful setting up there.”
