Lebanon police seize drugs, weapons while recovering stolen vehicle

LEBANON, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Lebanon Police Department seized drugs and weapons while responding to an alert on a stolen vehicle.

According to a Facebook post from the department, officers located the stolen vehicle at a Shell station on Hartmann drive Tuesday afternoon.

“Upon searching the suspect, [officers] discovered what appeared to be fentanyl,” the post read. “A vehicle search turned up a loaded handgun, more suspected drugs, and drug paraphernalia.”

Police said that the driver is facing multiple charges, though those charges were not immediately released.
