FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WSMV) – A Tennessee Eagle Scout is honoring his family dog and the love families share with their pets with his community project. On Dec. 9, Benji Barry of Troop 16 in Franklin, built a rainbow bridge to honor the bond between people and pets who have died.
