LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arkansas State Police announced that they have arrested a 38-year-old woman who was wanted in connection to a homicide that happened in Tennessee. According to ASP, authorities arrested Tiffany Baldwin on Dec. 26 in Earle, Arkansas. Baldwin was wanted in connection to a homicide that happened in Lakeland, Tennessee.
