TIPTON COUNTY, Tenn. – Two Mid-South men lost their right to hunt for three years after a months-long investigation into wildlife violations. Dustin Goulder, 39, and 43-year-old Timothy McNeley both entered plea agreements after the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency executed search warrants in September that yielded guns used for the illegal taking of wildlife.
