NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) -First Alert Weather Day in effect tonight through tomorrow as rain and thunderstorms move through tonight and winter weather lingers into Monday. Tonight, rain and some strong storms move across Middle Tennessee. While we are not forecasting severe weather, there will be areas, especially in southwestern Middle Tennessee, that will see heavy downpours, gusty wind and rumbles of thunder. Most of the Midstate will see 1-2″ of rain, but no flooding is expected.
