TAMPA, Florida — A Tennessee man has been charged with Hobbs Act robbery and firearm possession following a pizza shop robbery in Tampa. Justin Alan Seymour, 37, of Tennessee, faces multiple charges, including possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
According to court documents, Seymour allegedly robbed a pizza shop on Fowler Avenue on October 21, 2024, while brandishing a firearm. Two days later, law enforcement stopped a vehicle driven by Seymour, who had a firearm in his waistband. Seymour, with a prior felony conviction for attempted robbery with a firearm or deadly weapon, is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition under federal law.
