CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Chattanooga Police have arrested businessman Rick Davis again just days after the FBI seized the contents of his store on Brainerd Road.
An arrest reports notes Davis allegedly told attorney Buddy Presley “I’m going to kill you” over the phone.
