FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WKRN) — The trial for a former Franklin soccer coach accused of drugging and raping more than a dozen boys has been rescheduled.

Camilo Hurtado Campos was indicted on 31 separate charges, including rape, especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, aggravated rape, sexual exploitation of a minor, rape of a child, simple marijuana possession and sexual exploitation of a minor involving more than 50 images.
He had been indicted by a Williamson County grand jury on all 31 charges last March; Franklin police had called it one of the community’s most “ disturbing and egregious ” child sex abuse cases” in July 2023.

Additionally, Campos was indicted on federal charges last March. If convicted, he could face a minimum sentence of 15 years and a maximum sentence of life in federal prison.
