NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Car booting will remain largely prohibited in Tennessee. A judge has now ruled in favor of the state, saying that the law against car booting benefits the public.
Over the years, WSMV4 Investigates has reported on multiple car booting companies in Middle Tennessee operating without licenses and allegedly not removing boots from cars in a timely manner.
