Tennessee law aims to shield small businesses from ABC’s controversial enforcement tactics

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Tennessee has a new law to help further protect small businesses from the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC).

The law comes after a FOX 17 News investigation that revealed that the ABC used deceptive tactics in giving a small family business an unwarranted $5,000 underage drinking violation.
