NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Tennessee has a new law to help further protect small businesses from the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC).
The law comes after a FOX 17 News investigation that revealed that the ABC used deceptive tactics in giving a small family business an unwarranted $5,000 underage drinking violation.
The ticket the ABC gave to the Lookout Mountain Winery was voided by a judge, yet the Lookout Winery in Guild was stuck with a $37,000 legal bill…
