‘My heart sank’ seeing release of orphaned cubs says former TWRA chief and Appalachian Bear Rescue manager

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Amid growing controversy over the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency’s decision to release three orphaned bear cubs into the wild instead of move them to Appalachian Bear Rescue, TWRA’s former chief of wildlife, who also worked as a manager for ABR, is sharing his expert opinion.
