SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A 17-year-old was arrested in connection with an online shooting threat at a carnival in Shelbyville, Tennessee.
The Shelbyville Police Department said the teen posted a shooting threat on social media against the Madison Street Carnival.
