Missing 91-year-old South Carolina woman found safe in Virginia after car spotted in Tennessee, TBI says

SULLIVAN CO., Tenn. (WVLT) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said a missing South Carolina woman whose car was spotted in East Tennessee Tuesday morning was found safe in Virginia Tuesday afternoon.

According to TBI, 91-year-old Betty Fay Fisher left her home in Spartanburg, South Carolina at around 10 a.m. on Monday, and her was spotted Tuesday morning in Sullivan County.
