Murfreesboro, TN – Murfreesboro is celebrating the dedicated public servants who have shaped the city’s growth and well-being with its new Legacy Recognition Program—and residents are invited to join in! Right now nominations are being accepted for retired city employees who have made a lasting impact. Anyone—community members, current employees, or fellow retirees—can submit a nomination through August 1 each year. For the program’s inaugural year, up to six retirees will be honored.
Nominate City Legacies
Selected honorees will be formally inducted as City Legacies at a special recognition ceremony hosted by Murfreesboro officials. Their contributions will be commemorated on the Wall of City Legacies in the Rotunda of City Hall, where their names and achievements will be proudly displayed…
