TN woman accused of creating, distributing videos of monkey torture, DOJ says

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A Tennessee woman and a North Carolina man have been indicted by a federal grand jury for their alleged involvement with online groups dedicated to creating and distributing videos of torture and sexual abuse against monkeys, according to the Department of Justice.

The videos, called “animal crush videos,” allegedly show monkeys being brutally tortured.

The indictment charges Katrina Favret, of TN, and Robert Craig, of NC, with conspiring to create and distribute animal crush videos with convicted defendant Ronald P. Bedra, of Ohio. Favret was also charged with creating and distributing the videos, the DOJ said…
