Train derails just feet from animal rescue in Tennessee

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Authorities in Tennessee said no one was injured when a train derailed Monday afternoon, but several cars left the tracks.

The incident occurred behind the ARRF animal rescue.

Danielle Lentz works at the rescue and witnessed the crash. She said it looked like the train was coming straight for them, and the cars landed less than 100 feet from their yard.
