Mike Igney was frustrated.

He had purchased his first computer for about $2,000 and it would not work.

“My friend had to fix it and he still didn’t fix it,” he said. “I told myself then that I would never be in a position where I wouldn’t be able to fix anything again, especially a computer. I went to school to get my certification, then I entered the (Murfreesboro IT) workforce.”…
