“The Public Building Authority (PBA) is a volunteer board selected by Manchester’s Mayor and alderman. It consists of seven volunteers that provide oversight of the management of Manchester/Coffee County Conference Center building, a county/city asset.
Manchester Mayor, Joey Hobbs, recently attended a PBA Board Meeting to provide an update on his intention to utilize the property as office space for his new tourism department and welcome center.
