La Vergne will be gaining a $300 million Twinning Station development with a yet-determined grocery store, 578 apartments and 54 homes.
Twinning Station also will generate $153 million in taxes and fees for the La Vergne government over the next 20 years, according to a study for the project from Younger Associates.
