TOSHA assesses $6,400 in fines as result of employee’s injury at Dollywood’s River Rampage ride

A state agency has proposed fines totaling $6,400 for Dollywood after an employee suffered an injury accident in March.

The Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued findings June 17 in the March 10 incident at the Smoky Mountain River Rampage lift.
