MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 63-year-old woman has died days after she was involved in a crash with a pickup truck in Murfreesboro.
According to the Murfreesboro Police Department, the crash occurred on Friday, July 18 on South Rutherford Boulevard.

Fatal Accident Crash Team (FACT) investigators said 63-year-old Belinda Talley was driving a Nissan Altima and trying to turn left onto the boulevard when she hit a Dodge Ram 1500 driven by a 17-year-old boy. The impact reportedly caused the truck to veer into oncoming traffic, strike a tree, and crash into an unoccupied parked car at a nearby apartment complex.
Officials said the crash left Talley trapped inside her vehicle, so the Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department had to remove her from the car before a helicopter flew her to the hospital. She died from her injuries on Monday, July 21.
