HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. — A special education support group says they’re wary of a new measure proposed by the Tennessee Department of Education.
The proposed policy seeks to make it easier to remove students who are disruptive from the classroom, even if they haven’t had a functional behavioral assessment.
