NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Both drivers involved in a deadly crash on Donelson Pike earlier this year are now facing charges.
Curt Scott, 47, of Smyrna, surrendered to police and is charged with vehicular homicide by reckless conduct and aggravated assault. Investigators said Scott was driving a Chevrolet Silverado at 54 mph in a 35 mph zone at the time of the April 18 crash.
An arrest warrant has also been issued for the other driver, Derrius Sanders, 42, of Nashville, charging him with driving under the influence. Sanders was behind the wheel of a Mercury Mystique when it turned left in front of Scott’s oncoming Silverado at the Interstate 40 East entrance ramp around 6:30 a.m., according to Metro Nashville police…
