The Murfreesboro Police Department has successfully utilized its BoroSafeWatch License Plate Reader (LPR) technology to apprehend a suspect behind the wheel of a stolen vehicle. According to a post on their Facebook page, on Friday, August 1, the technology flagged a Penske moving truck as stolen as it cruised down Memorial Boulevard.
