Murfreesboro, TN – Murfreesboro Indivisible is calling on neighbors, families, and fellow Tennesseans to join them Saturday, September 6, 2025, for a rally aimed at defending democracy and promoting justice. The event runs from 10:00AM to noon on the sidewalk between Chili’s and Longhorn Steakhouse at The Avenue, 2741 Medical Center Parkway.
Susan Myers-Shirk, president of the grassroots group, says the rally is about more than politics.
“This is a chance for the entire community to rise up and stand strong for justice, fairness, and a future that works for everyone,” she said.
