PARIS, Tenn. (WZTV) — Authorities are seeking help to locate Jean Powell, an 89-year-old woman missing from Paris.
Powell was last seen on Saturday, Aug. 30. She is 5’4″ tall, weighs 145 pounds, and has blue eyes and gray hair. She might be traveling in a 2009 black Nissan Versa with Tennessee tag PD72378. Authorities believe she may be in Wisconsin.
