NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A woman missing from Paris, Tennessee who was believed to be in Wisconsin was found safe in Illinois, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reports.
Jean Powell, 89, was reported missing after she was last seen on Saturday, Aug. 30.
She was the center of a Silver Alert which is now cancelled…
