Murfreesboro will be gaining a Char steakhouse by 2027 near the Trader Joe’s off Medical Center Parkway and Robert Rose Drive, a developer announced.
The future restaurant will be part of The Exchange project with 232 apartments and 17,000 square feet of retail, including 6,600 for the restaurant, said Ross Bradley, the chief development officer for Murfreesboro-based TDK.
