2 former wastewater plant supervisors indicted for polluting Nashville sewer system

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Two men who used to work for a wastewater treatment plant in Nashville have been indicted for discharging wastes to a Nashville sewer system and tampering with a monitoring device.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Randall Ray Stark, of Texas, and Caleb Warren Randall, of Tennessee, were indicted for their alleged involvement with bypassing treatment processes and tampering with a monitoring device at the wastewater treatment facility.

The DOJ said the indictment alleges Randall Ray Stark, of Texas, and Caleb Warren Randall, of Tennessee, conspired to defraud the Environmental Protection Agency and to violate the Clean Water Act.

According to court documents, Stark was the Facility Operations Manager and Randall was the Plant Supervisor at the facility operated by Allwaste Onsite.
