MT. JULIET, TN – A stolen Ford Mustang reported out of Kentucky just one day earlier was tracked into Mt. Juliet, where police license plate reader technology quickly flagged the vehicle. The car, a rare 2024 Dark Horse edition valued at around $80,000, was stopped along East Division Street on Wednesday afternoon.
In a written statement, Mt. Juliet Police confirmed, “The driver, a 37-year-old man from Murfreesboro, was quickly stopped and apprehended.” They added, “The Mustang was reported stolen out of Kentucky on September 16, 2025, after the suspect posed as a fake delivery service to fraudulently take possession of it.”
The suspect was identified as 37-year-old Miller Marks. Officials revealed he had multiple outstanding warrants, including Rutherford County warrants for Violation of Probation (DUI) and Criminal Simulation in Murfreesboro, as well as Smyrna warrants for Failure to Appear in court on shoplifting charges…
