Proposed Murfreesboro air traffic control tower moves forward

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — Murfreesboro City Council is moving forward with next steps for a proposed air traffic control tower at their local airport.

On Thursday night, city council approved plans to move forward with a siting analysis.

So far, the airport has identified three possible locations for an air traffic control tower based on things like utilities and viewpoints.
