NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — An Iowa family claims their 13-year-old daughter was kidnapped from a Roblox chatroom into a nightmare that ended in Tennessee.
Now, they and other families are suing Roblox Corporation, accusing the gaming platform of failing to protect children from predators.
According to the lawsuit filed in Polk County, Iowa, 37-year-old Martin Amaya Sandoval groomed the girl through Roblox’s chatroom over the course of months.
