JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- On Sept. 15, 2025 and Oct. 6, Eighth Judicial District Judge Zachary R. Walden sentenced the following offenders to Tennessee Department of Correction custody:
-Frank Wesley George, LaFollette, plead guilty to numerous drug, theft, and firearm offenses for a total of 19 years to be served in the Tennessee Department of Correction. These cases were investigated by the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office and prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney General Lindsey C. Cadle.
-Steven E. Mefford, Jellico, plead guilty to three counts possession of Methamphetamine over .5 grams with the intent to sell and deliver for a total of 10 years to be served in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Correction.
