WASHINGTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – Tennessee OSHA has launched an investigation into an East Tennessee EMS workplace death.
According to Washington County-Johnson City EMS, Fred Kemp died in the line of duty during a training exercise on Wednesday. He was an Advanced EMT and Rescue Technician with 28 years of service.
