Murfreewsboro, TN – A terrifying moment unfolded early Friday morning (10/31/2025) when a pickup truck lost control on Interstate 840 westbound and flipped over the concrete barrier near mile marker 56.6, landing on Shacklett Road below — just seconds after a school bus had passed beneath the overpass.
The incident happened near the Sulphur Springs Road exit, west of Murfreesboro, and drew a swift response from the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office.
