NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) A Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) officer was decommissioned and placed on administrative leave after a DUI arrest, according to THP.
On Oct. 30, around 10:15 p.m., a THP trooper was patrolling Highway 111 in Putnam County when they found a pickup truck parked in the grass between the northbound lanes and the entrance ramp from Highway 70.
