Two Murfreesboro Police Department traffic officers were recognized on November 20, 2025, for their DUI enforcement work in 2024. Officer Sandra Wilkens received a Silver Pin for 70 DUI arrests. Officer Joseph Roberts received a Bronze Pin for 49 arrests. The awards were given at the Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Night of Remembrance and Law Enforcement Recognition dinner at the Lane Agri-Park Community Center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
The event, sponsored by AAA Tennessee, recognized law enforcement officers from across the state for their work in DUI and boating under the influence enforcement.
