MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man found guilty of rape was sentenced Monday and will serve 58 years at 100% in the Tennessee Department of Corrections, according to Tennessee District Attorney General Frederick H. Agee.
Tobias Hodge, 21, was sentenced on Nov. 24 in the Humboldt Law Court of Gibson County Circuit Court.
On Oct. 9, Hodge was found guilty after a three-day trial of aggravated rape, especially aggravated burglary, attempted rape, aggravated assault, two counts of theft of property, false imprisonment, and interference with emergency communications.
