NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Multiple Middle Tennessee school districts will have delayed start times on Tuesday, December 2, due to the potential for a wintry mix of sleet and snow across Tennessee and Southern Kentucky Monday evening into Tuesday morning.

Winter Weather Alerts in Tennessee and Kentucky
A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Cheatham, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, Robertson, Stewart counties in Middle Tennessee from 9 p.m. Monday to 8 a.m. Tuesday, for Benton, Carroll, Decatur, and Henry counties now through 6 a.m. Tuesday, for Christian, Muhlenberg, Todd, and Trigg counties in KY from 6 p.m. Monday through 9 a.m. Tuesday, and for Logan, Simpson, & Warren counties in KY from 8 p.m. Monday through 9 a.m. Tuesday. This is because roadways could become slick due to wintry mix. Prepare for road condition to be potentially hazardous for the Tuesday morning commute.
