Whataburger closing 4 Middle Tennessee locations

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Four Whataburger locations in Middle Tennessee will be closed by the fast food chain, the company has announced.

The 24-hour burger joint made a splash four years ago when it announced plans to expand into the Volunteer State. The first announced location was in Hermitage, which saw a dedicated traffic plan put out by the company in anticipation of its opening.

Since then, the restaurant has opened dozens of stores in the Nashville area and beyond, including Antioch, Clarksville, Hendersonville, Madison, Murfreesboro, and Smyrna, among others…
