MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man wanted in Rutherford County was arrested Sunday night after a welfare check, according to the Mt. Juliet Police Department.
MJPD said officers responded to a welfare check for reports of a man slumped over the wheel of a vehicle in the PetSmart parking lot.
During the welfare check, officers discovered that the 36-year-old Murfreesboro man in the vehicle was wanted in Rutherford County for probation violation, MJPD said….
