FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WKRN) — Lower commodity prices, higher production expenses and a dry summer placed added pressure on row-crop farmers across Tennessee this year.
Farmers said margins have tightened significantly as they continue to manage rising costs for fertilizer, fuel and equipment.
