Prosecutors will examine two issues from two complaints against Rutherford County Mayor Joe Carr, the Ethics Committee decided Dec. 9.
The five-member committee held a three-hour hearing to review complaints about the mayor from elected Property Assessor Rob Mitchell, and Jason Bennett, who based his complaint on public records obtained by Mitchell.
