An Alexandria Alderman will have to answer in General Sessions Court soon to a misdemeanor criminal summons complaint brought by a neighbor, but the issue is unrelated to his duties on the town council.
Luke Prichard is being accused by Randy Slager of allowing his dogs to run at large, bothering his cattle, and causing $3,800 in damage to his car by making claw marks while trying to get to his cat. The alleged incidents occurred on November 25 & 29. The criminal summons was filed on December 1.
Slager wants Prichard to keep his dogs off his (Slager’s) property and away from his cows…
