MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) says its 5th annual “No Trash November Cleanup” topped its goal and removed more than 77,000 pounds of litter from Tennessee roadways and waterways.
The month-long effort included 205 cleanup events with nearly 2,500 volunteers, who collected more that 3,300 bags of trash statewide.
