Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program outreach dates announced for Tri-Cities area

TRI-CITIES, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Upper East Tennessee Human Development Agency (UETHDA) announced its schedule for January’s Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), which is federally funded.

The organization utilizes a bus to tour the Northeast Tennessee region, meeting community members close to home to accept assistance applications and provide home energy resources to those who need them.
